Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola aktivitas kepabeanan (customs clearance) secara end-to-end. Spesialis ini akan memastikan seluruh proses ekspor dan impor berjalan sesuai dengan regulasi yang berlaku di Indonesia, termasuk koordinasi intensif dengan pihak Bea Cukai dan instansi terkait.
Tanggung jawab: Handle PIB/PEB (Import/Export Declaration) processing independently and ensure timely submission; Review and verify import documents for customs clearance; Coordinate with Bea Cukai, PPJK, freight forwarders, and related parties; Ensure correct HS Code classification and import duty calculations; Support customs audits and compliance activities; Monitor import shipment clearance status and resolve issues; Maintain customs documentation and prepare periodic reports; Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and company requirements.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field; Minimum 4-6 years experience in Customs Clearance, Import-Export, Freight Forwarding, or PPJK; Strong knowledge of PIB process, HS Code classification, and Indonesian customs regulations; Hands-on experience coordinating directly with Bea Cukai; Familiar with CEISA and customs documentation; Good communication and coordination skills; Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks; English proficiency, both written and spoken; Willing to be based full-time at Karawang.
