• Prepare, monitor, and analyze product costs, including raw materials, labor, overhead, and production expenses
• Maintain accurate cost accounting records and ensure proper allocation of costs across products, departments, and projects
• Prepare and analyze cost reports, variance analysis, and monthly cost-related financial reports
• Monitor inventory valuation, production costs, and cost movements to identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities by providing accurate cost data and financial analysis
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Production, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely cost information
• Ensure cost accounting processes comply with company policies, accounting standards, and internal control procedures
• Other duties as assigned
• Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related
• High Conversational English proficiency
• At least 2 years of experience as Cost Accounting Staff from any Manufacturing
• Detail-oriented, analytical, disciplined, proactive, responsible, and able to work accurately under pressure
