Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, facility management, or infrastructure projects. Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of construction methods, project management, and contractor supervision
• Familiar with occupational health and safety (OHS/K3) standards in construction projects
• Willing to work at a manufacturing plant and conduct field/site inspections

Tanggung Jawab

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil engineering projects including building construction, renovations, and facility improvements
• Conduct site inspections to assess structural conditions and identify maintenance or repair requirements
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project schedules
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Production, Engineering, EHS, Utility, and Maintenance teams during project execution
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for buildings, roads, drainage systems, and other plant infrastructure
