Branch Manager (Operation Logistics) bertanggung jawab untuk merencanakan, mengarahkan, serta mengawasi seluruh kegiatan operasional dan penjualan di stasiun/cabang semaksimal mungkin. Tujuannya adalah memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada pelanggan sekaligus memastikan efektivitas biaya tercapai secara optimal.
Tanggung jawab: Select, train, develop, and motivate a team of subordinates comprising staff from the operations, sales, customer service, billing, collections, finance, and accounting departments to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the express station; Manage and utilise the workforce effectively through planning, organizing, and scheduling to achieve time efficiency and compliance with capital and operational budget plans; Ensuring all branch activities run smoothly; Developing and monitoring the branch’s progress in achieving short-term and long-term targets; Planning and developing the branch’s operational objectives to achieve station/branch efficiency and optimise the use of resources; Managing and monitoring staff and station operations to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations; Maintaining the station’s operational cost efficiency by utilizing available resources; Monitoring the station’s performance reports by conducting internal audits of vehicles, parcels, and other operational activities; Meeting service performance target, and the branch’s revenue plan to support the company’s revenue targets.
