Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major
• Experience in the Internet Service Provider/Telecommunications industry :
• (CBN, Moratelindo, Biznet, FiberNet, Telkom Indonesia)
• Minimum 3 (three) years of experience as a Branch Manager or Regional Sales Manager (West Java Area)
• Extensive network of relationships in the Education, High-rise Building, Hospitality, Head Office, Government, and other sectors, as well as the ability to effectively source and manage customers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convince and build business relationships
• Accustomed to working with targets and able to adapt under pressure while still meeting targets
• Strong interpersonal skills and a keen awareness of customer needs and business developments

Tanggung Jawab

• Responsible for managing the sales process with a focus on new customer acquisition, developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and end users, and maximizing existing business potential
• Explore and identify various sales opportunities within the customer portfolio, such as contract renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the company's services to foster solid long-term relationships
• Analyze customer data to identify needs, interests, and potential barriers to develop more targeted marketing strategies
• Regularly evaluate customer activity reports to identify opportunities to increase sales or retain the customer base
• Commit to achieving or exceeding the company's annual sales targets
• Maintain intensive communication with clients to introduce new products or services that are relevant and attractive to them
• Manage and finalize contract negotiations with customers, ensuring profitable agreements
