Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field . Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in data center facilities, critical facilities, building management, or a similar mission-critical environment. Experience in facility operations, maintenance management, incident management, and troubleshooting .
Strong technical understanding of critical M&E systems, including UPS, generators, HVAC/CRAH, BMS, fire protection systems, and related infrastructure . Experience in leading or supervising technical/operations teams in a 24/7 operational environment.
Strong planning, coordination, and progress control skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to monitor KPIs, analyze operational performance, and drive follow-up actions.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and incident response capabilities. Willing to work in a 24/7 mission-critical environment and support emergency response or escalation when required.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and control daily data center facility operations to ensure reliability, availability, and operational readiness of M&E systems
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure timely and proper execution
- Monitor operational progress, maintenance schedules, KPIs, and site activities, and ensure alignment with operational plans
- Lead and supervise site operations teams, including manpower allocation, shift coverage, task execution, attendance, discipline, and team development
- Coordinate incident and emergency response, including troubleshooting, escalation, recovery, and root cause analysis at site level
- Ensure compliance with SOP, MOP, EOP, HSE requirements, regulatory standards, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with customers, NOC, Service teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operational and maintenance activities
- Lead routine customer meetings, KPI reviews, operational updates, and action tracking as required
- Monitor vendor activities and performance to ensure compliance with agreed SLA, KPI, quality, safety, and schedule requirements
- Monitor asset condition and maintenance performance and support reliability improvement and asset lifecycle planning
- Ensure operational, maintenance, incident, and asset documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement, cost optimization, energy efficiency, and service quality improvement
- Support audit activities and ensure timely follow-up and closure of compliance gaps and findings
- Act as Deputy Site FM Manager during the FM Manager's absence within the defined authority
