Posisi Assistant Manager QC bertanggung jawab untuk mengawasi operasional Regulatory Affairs beserta timnya, serta mengelola standar kepatuhan dan performa kualitas secara menyeluruh. Peran kepemimpinan ini menuntut keahlian dalam investigasi masalah mutu, analisis akar masalah, serta manajemen kepatuhan terdokumentasi untuk memastikan standar tertinggi di setiap lini produksi.
Tanggung jawab: Manage Quality Control (QC) Operations; Supervise and Develop Quality Control Teams; Lead Quality Issue Investigation, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Actions; Manage Quality Compliance and Documentation; Drive Quality Performance and Continuous Improvement.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quality Control managerial or supervisory role; Proven experience in budget planning, preparation, monitoring, and cost.
