The Assistant Facility Manager (Data Center) supports the Facility Manager in ensuring the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of all critical facilities within the data center. This role assists in managing mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), fire protection systems, building infrastructure, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, incident response, and compliance with operational standards to maintain maximum uptime. Key Responsibilities 1. Critical Facility Operations

Support the daily operation of critical facility systems. Monitor the performance of electrical and mechanical infrastructure. Ensure all systems operate within design parameters.

Assist during emergency responses and incident management. 2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.

Verify maintenance activities are completed according to SOP. Monitor corrective maintenance and ensure timely resolution. Review maintenance reports and documentation.

3. Equipment Management Responsible for monitoring and coordinating maintenance
