Managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring SOP on Store, and waste management, achieving sales goals. Schedule shifts and manage employee time off requests. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns and ensure high standards of customer service are maintained. Manage stock organization, including receiving and displaying merchandise. Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent shrinkage. Assist in setting up promotional displays and sales events. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Qualification Previous experience in a retail environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Have good leadership and negotiation skills Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Detail-oriented and proactive in addressing issues. Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. Willing to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
