• · Build and maintain relationship with key outlets (market visit)
• · Ensure implementation of marketing offer on assigned territory
• · Lead and monitor demand generation activities (Trade meets/ Market storming)
• · Driving retailer/IWS network expansion, thruput, product mix & realization
• · DSR productivity monitoring and coaching (market coverage, PJP)
• · Select retailers/IWS for branding deployment
• · Gather market intelligence & feedback
• · Collaborate within EM and alignment with distributor
• · Drive adoption of digital tools (SFADMS, CB/ITP, DMS)
• · Track promotional material utilization effectiveness
• · Monthly sales performance tracking vs DBP (collaboration with DB)
• · Build customer profiling
• Requirement :
• · Bachelor degree (S1)
• · Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in lubricants or FMCG industries
• · Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• · Proven experience in building relationships with diverse stakeholders
• · Knowledge of relevant areas such as distribution and sales operations is desirable
• · Have a valid Driver License (SIM A)
• · Aggressive and result-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed targets and push market boundaries
• · Track record as a brand launcher, successfully introducing and growing new products in competitive markets
• · Experience in identifying, evaluating, or executing business acquisition opportunities is a plus
