About the role PT. RJGF International Indonesia is seeking an experienced AIDC HVAC Engineer to design, implement, and maintain HVAC systems for AI Data Center (AIDC) and Smart Factory projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in precision cooling, thermal management, and HVAC project execution to ensure reliable and energy-efficient operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and prepare HVAC engineering drawings for AI Data Center and Smart Factory projects, including precision cooling, ventilation, and thermal management systems
- Perform cooling load calculations, equipment selection, airflow optimization, and system design to ensure efficient server room cooling
- Support project execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems
- Prepare technical proposals, BOQ, equipment lists, and bidding documentation
- Monitor construction quality, safety, and project progress while coordinating with clients, contractors, and project teams
- Conduct system performance testing, prepare as-built drawings and technical reports, and provide post-project maintenance, troubleshooting, and energy-efficiency improvements
- Job Requirement:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in HVAC Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC engineering for AI Data Centers, Data Centers, or industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of precision air conditioning, air-cooled and water-cooled systems, fresh air and exhaust ventilation, hot/cold aisle containment, and temperature & humidity control
- Familiar with data center HVAC standards and industry regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD , HVAC design software, and Microsoft Office
- Capable of performing cooling load calculations, HVAC system design, equipment selection, BOQ preparation, and technical documentation
- Experience in HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project handover
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC Engineer or Refrigeration Technician) are an advantage
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel and work on-site as required
