Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage After Sales operations including Service, Spare Parts, Warranty, and Customer Handling; Ensure achievement of after sales targets; Develop and implement after sales strategies, SOP, and continuous improvement programs; Analyze after sales performance reports and initiate corrective actions when needed; Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure effective resolution; Job Specification:; Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or related field; Minimum 5 years experience in After Sales automotive industry, with at least 2 years in managerial role; Strong knowledge of workshop operations, service process, spare parts management, and warranty; Proven leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills; Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI monitoring and reporting; Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills; Familiar with automotive dealer systems and principal standards; Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
