Company Description QLab English is the lawful owner of the brand, curriculum, learning methods, and operational standards for an integrated learning program combining Qur’anic studies (with proper tajwid) and communicative English learning. We are currently looking for a motivated, experienced, and visionary Academic Head to lead our academic team and ensure excellence in English education at QLab English.

Key Responsibilities Academic Leadership Manage teaching schedules, class allocations, and instructor assignments.

Coordinate substitute instructors and monitor teacher attendance. Ensure smooth day-to-day academic operations. Quality Assurance

Conduct regular classroom observations and teaching evaluations. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to instructors. Maintain consistent teaching standards aligned with QLab's curriculum and values.

Student Progress Monitor students' academic development and learning outcomes. Review student progress reports and assessment results.
