As a Watch Technician, you will be responsible for performing watch repairs, diagnostics, and quality control to ensure precision, craftsmanship, and high service standards. Your role involves handling battery replacements, parts, straps, and chronograph servicing, as well as conducting diagnostics on quartz and automatic movements to troubleshoot technical issues. Additionally, you will manage smartwatch-related technologies and stay updated on technical developments in the industry. You are expected to safely operate tools and machinery, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and uphold company policies and departmental standards while ensuring the accuracy of all completed repairs.

Kualifikasi: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in watch repair or technical assembly; Quick-service experience preferred; Excellent attention to detail; Strong hand–eye coordination; Good technical skills; Good communication and comprehension skills; Able to work independently; Effective time management skills; Professional and quality-oriented.
