Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memastikan operasional pusat data mematuhi persyaratan pelanggan dan kebijakan perusahaan, mengawasi kegiatan harian, memimpin tim, serta menjaga kepatuhan terhadap standar K3 dan prosedur operasional yang berlaku.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure Data Centre operations comply with customer requirements and company policies; Supervise daily operations and lead the Data Centre team; Monitor team performance, productivity, and KPI achievement; Assign tasks, manage workloads, and set team priorities; Coach and develop team members to improve performance; Maintain compliance with HSE standards, SOPs, and operational procedures; Support workforce planning, performance reviews, and labor management programs; Manage operational costs and contribute to financial targets; Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, and Finance on operational solutions and cost proposals; Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Manager.
Kualifikasi: Must have good English capability, both speaking and writing; Familiar and capable in using IT platforms especially for WMS (Warehouse Management System) and Transport system; Good communication skills and high customer service orientation; Good awareness and experience in Occupational Health & Safety requirements; Discipline in compliance to SOPs; Able to work independently to achieve KPIs.
