Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor , preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes. Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage. Able to analyze inventory data and maintain stock accuracy. Possession of a Forklift Operator License (SIO) and a valid Class A Driver's License (SIM A) will be an advantage. Able to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities; Ensure all inbound and outbound goods are processed accurately and in accordance with company procedures; Lead and coordinate warehouse staff to achieve operational efficiency and productivity; Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and monthly stock opname; Ensure proper storage, organization, and handling of materials within the warehouse; Prepare monthly inventory and warehouse operation reports; Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods; Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse best practices.
