Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are seeking an experienced Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing import/export processes, and analyzing data to optimize productivity. This role offers a fast-track career path with opportunities for promotion and involves collaboration with the Asia region team.
Tanggung Jawab
- 1. Warehouse Management:
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Implement and maintain warehouse processes and procedures
- Conduct regular inventory audits and implement corrective actions
- 2. Import/Export Regulation and Process:
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and procedures
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and process import/export documentation
- 3. Data Analysis:
- Analyze data using Excel (pivot tables, charts, etc.) to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Track and report on productivity, loading capacity, and other key performance indicators
