Posisi Utilities Construction Manager memegang peranan strategis dalam memimpin dan mengawasi seluruh pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi infrastruktur utilitas, dengan fokus khusus pada perpipaan HDPE (HDPE piping), jaringan pipa, serta sistem pengolahan air. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh mengelola seluruh rangkaian kegiatan konstruksi mulai dari tahap persiapan situs, pemasangan, pengujian, pengkomisioneran, hingga serah terima proyek kepada pemberi tugas. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, Utilities Construction Manager memastikan bahwa seluruh pekerjaan jaringan pipa mematuhi gambar teknik yang disetujui, spesifikasi konstruksi, standar mutu, serta persyaratan K3 (HSE) yang ketat. Kandidat juga harus mampu berkoordinasi secara efektif dengan tim teknik, pengadaan, subkontraktor, dan konsultan, memantau kemajuan proyek secara berkala, menyelesaikan masalah teknis terkait sistem utilitas, serta mengidentifikasi risiko konstruksi guna meminimalkan keterlambatan dan pekerjaan ulang. Posisi ini mensyaratkan kesiapan untuk berbasis di lokasi proyek (site-based).
Tanggung jawab: Lead and supervise the construction of utility infrastructure, particularly HDPE piping, pipe networks, and water treatment (WT) systems; Manage construction activities from site preparation, installation, testing, commissioning, through to project handover; Ensure piping network works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, quality standards, and HSE requirements; Coordinate with engineering, procurement, subcontractors, consultants, and other construction teams to ensure smooth project execution; Monitor construction progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity to achieve project targets; Review and resolve technical issues related to HDPE piping, pipe networks, connections/jointing, pressure testing, and utility systems; Ensure proper inspection, testing, documentation, and as-built records for completed utility works; Identify construction risks and implement appropriate corrective actions to minimize delays and rework.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Minimum 8–12 years of construction experience, with significant exposure to utilities/piping infrastructure; Strong experience in HDPE piping and pipe network installation; Experience in water treatment / water supply / wastewater treatment systems is preferred; Experience managing contractors/subcontractors and multidisciplinary construction teams; Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, piping layouts, and construction specifications; Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills; Willing to be site-based / assigned to project locations.
