Tanggung Jawab

• Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer requirements
• Understand product characteristics, specifications, applications, and safety aspects
• Explain technical information based on TDS, SDS, COA, and related documents
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, trials, and technical discussions with the Sales team
• Monitor product trials and prepare reports for evaluation and follow-up
• Handle technical inquiries and customer issues in collaboration with Sales, Quality, Warehouse, and principals
• Coordinate with suppliers/principals to obtain technical information, samples, and application recommendations
• Support marketing activities, including product materials, seminars, exhibitions, webinars, and customer events
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and business opportunities
• Provide product knowledge training and prepare technical and marketing reports
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S-1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
• Open for fresh graduates; candidates with 1–3 years of experience in technical service, technical sales, product development, marketing, or chemical industries are preferred
• Basic understanding of chemistry, chemical products, applications, and safety handling procedures
• Able to understand and explain technical documents such as TDS, SDS, COA, and product specifications
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Understanding of B2B marketing, market research, customer development, and promotional activities
• Able to prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials
• Willing to travel for customer visits and business activities
• Possess a valid SIM A (Driving License) is an advantage
• Experience or knowledge in industries such as textile, coating, adhesive, plastic, rubber, water treatment, agriculture, or industrial chemicals is a plus
