Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and workforce requirements. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring while meeting recruitment targets and service level agreements (SLAs).

Develop sourcing strategies and build a sustainable talent pipeline to support both current and future organizational talent needs. Design and execute Employer Branding initiatives, including Employee Value Proposition (EVP), campus recruitment, internship programs, career fairs, and digital employer branding campaigns. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to provide strategic recruitment support, workforce planning, and talent advisory services.

Manage and optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and digital recruitment technologies, including AI tools, to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. Monitor, analyze, and report recruitment metrics such as Time to Fill, Time to Hire, Quality of Hire, Cost per Hire, Recruitment SLA, and Employer Branding effectiveness to drive data-informed decisions. Develop, review, and continuously improve Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding policies, procedures, standards, and best practices.

Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team to achieve performance objectives and build organizational capability. Manage recruitment budgets, external vendors, and strategic partnerships with universities, professional communities, and recruitment agencies to support talent acquisition objectives. Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven experience in developing and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies, Employer Branding initiatives, workforce planning, and talent sourcing.
