Supply Chain Section Head

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, PPIC, Procurement, or Warehouse Management within a manufacturing company. Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory, section head, or equivalent leadership role.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control), Material Requirement Planning (MRP), inventory management, purchasing, and warehouse operations. Experienced in coordinating production planning, material availability, and inventory control to support manufacturing operations. Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and achieve operational targets. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in FMCG, packaging, chemical, food & beverage, or other manufacturing industries. Familiar with ISO, GMP, HACCP, or Quality Management Systems (QMS). Certification in Supply Chain, PPIC, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Kaizen is an advantage.
