The Supply Chain Department Head will lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, encompassing purchasing, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics/distribution. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic work plans that align with business needs, demand forecasting, inventory levels, and operational capacity to ensure overall efficiency. Beyond strategic planning, the position involves overseeing daily operations to ensure product availability, service quality, and cost-effectiveness. The incumbent will monitor performance KPIs, manage logistics to minimize operational risks, and lead the supply chain team while ensuring compliance with company policies and providing strategic recommendations to management.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage end-to-end Supply Chain operations, covering Purchasing, Warehouse, Inventory, and Logistics/Distribution; Develop and implement Supply Chain strategies and work plans aligned with business needs, demand, inventory levels, and operational capacity; Oversee purchasing, supplier management, inventory, and warehouse operations to ensure product availability, service levels, quality, and cost efficiency; Manage logistics and distribution to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery while minimizing operational risks; Monitor Supply Chain performance, KPIs, costs, and risks, and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization; Lead and develop the Supply Chain team, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and provide analysis and strategic recommendations to management.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, Logistics, Economics, or other relevant fields; Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing/Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Inventory Management, or related fields; Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position within Supply Chain; Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, distribution, healthcare, retail pharmacy, or hospital industry is highly preferred; Proven experience in managing integrated Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, and Logistics/Distribution operations.
