The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the maintenance team to ensure the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing operations. This role involves implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), managing CNC machinery, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the facility.

Kualifikasi: Minimum D3 in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering; Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience; Experienced in CNC Lathe & Milling Machines; Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM); Able to implement continuous improvement / QCC activities; Good understanding of Safety Regulations and Practices in Maintenance; Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills; Willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
