Perusahaan sedang mencari seorang Supervisor Engineering yang berpengalaman untuk memimpin dan mengawasi jalannya proyek teknik di area manufaktur. Peran ini menuntut profesional yang kompeten dalam menangani proses pengembangan suku cadang, pengujian injeksi, serta manajemen mutu sesuai standar industri otomotif. Sebagai Supervisor Engineering, Anda akan bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mendesain spesifikasi komponen, mengawasi proses trial produksi, mengelola dokumentasi PPAP dan APQP, serta memimpin tim anggota dalam menyelesaikan setiap proyek secara efektif dan tepat waktu.
Tanggung jawab: Design Part styling for Customer; Create Checking Fixture Spec Base on 3D & 2D data; Controlling Trial Injection, Blow, Vacuum, Assembly & Painting; Checking Trial Injection, Blow, Vacuum, Assembly & Painting; Create Project reports to internal & customer; Create PPAP & APQP Document; Handling supplier manufacturing tooling new project; Join check with customers for a new project; Handling events for new projects; Create document tooling progress report part evaluation status sheet for new project; Lead Member.
Kualifikasi: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial or equivalent; Min 1-3 years experience as Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor; Experienced in leading projects; Familiar with IMDS, APQP and PPAP; Familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF; Have good leadership skills and can work in a team; Willing to be located in Central Cikarang, GIIC Deltamas Area and Join as soon as possible.

Kualifikasi
