PT Abimanyu Sekar Nusantara adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang layanan pelapisan otomotif sebagai spesialis komponen (Automotive Coating Services – Parts Specialist), yang menyediakan layanan pelapisan serta dukungan produksi bagi industri otomotif. Sebagai Staff Produksi, Anda memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung kelancaran operasional produksi, mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan, serta memastikan seluruh proses berjalan sesuai dengan standar perusahaan, persyaratan keselamatan, dan prosedur yang berlaku. Anda akan berkoordinasi secara aktif dengan departemen terkait, memantau kegiatan harian, dan mengimplementasikan perbaikan berkelanjutan di area kerja. Tanggung jawab utama Anda meliputi pemastian kelangsungan proses produksi agar sesuai target, analisis permasalahan produksi dan koordinasi tindakan korektif, penerapan prinsip 5S, K3, dan Continuous Improvement, penyusunan laporan berkala, serta dukungan terhadap inisiatif peningkatan efisiensi dan produktivitas. Tanggung jawab: Ensure production processes are carried out according to established standards and targets; Monitor production activities and achievement of production targets; Analyze production problems and coordinate appropriate corrective actions; Ensure the implementation of 5S, K3, and Continuous Improvement in the work area; Prepare and present regular production reports; Coordinate with related departments to support smooth production operations; Support initiatives to improve production efficiency and productivity; What we're looking for.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering , preferably Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Good understanding of production processes and process control; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and good communication skills; Able to work independently and as part of a team; Able to work with production targets; Willing to work in shifts.
