Deskripsi pekerjaan
Shift Engineer bertanggung jawab untuk mengarahkan dan memantau operasional shift dalam pabrik manufaktur yang beroperasi secara terus-menerus (24x7). Fokus utama posisi ini adalah menjaga efisiensi pabrik, melaksanakan rencana operasional shift, serta mengendalikan penggunaan bahan baku dan alur pengemasan. Selain itu, Anda akan berperan dalam pemecahan masalah teknis (troubleshooting) secara langsung di lapangan dan memastikan kepatuhan ketat terhadap protokol keselamatan serta manajemen lingkungan selama shift berlangsung.
Tanggung jawab: Plan and execute daily shift operational activities to ensure continuous, uninterrupted plant operations; Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environment management during the shift; Monitor operational metrics to meet shift production goals and targets; Identify and resolve immediate technical issues and process deviations within the plant; Oversee raw material consumption, handling, and packaging workflows during shift shifts.
Kualifikasi: Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering; Experience: 12–20 years of continuous process manufacturing experience (non-batch) in the Polyester, PET, or Petrochemical sectors; Core Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, statistical tools, safety management systems, and team management.
