Posisi senior yang bertanggung jawab memimpin dan mengawasi proses costing serta manajemen pesanan di industri garmen. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan kepemimpinan yang kuat, pemahaman mendalam tentang tekstil, serta koordinasi yang efektif antara tahap pengembangan hingga produksi.
Tanggung jawab: Lead, support and oversee the costing process to ensure accuracy and efficiency; Assist in managing orders from development stage through production; Maintain clear communication and provide excellent service to buyers.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field; Background Education Textile or Garment is a plus; 8 - 12 years of relevant experience with proven leadership capabilities; Experience in the garment/apparel industry is highly preferred; Capable to do costing and having knowledge about fabric and the sources is a plus; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems; Proactive, adaptable, eager to learn, and strong numerical skills; Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
