Your primary responsibility is to align human resources strategy with broader business objectives, ensuring the organization possesses the talent, capability, and culture necessary to achieve its goals and drive organizational performance.
Tanggung jawab: Partner with senior business leaders and operational teams to provide proactive HR counsel and solutions; Design and implement people strategies including workforce planning, talent acquisition, development, and succession planning; Lead and manage change initiatives; Provide strategic guidance on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development; Support the identification, development, and retention of key talent; Collaborate with the HR team to deliver learning and development programs; Monitor employee engagement and workplace culture; Provide coaching and mentoring to HR team members and business partners.
