Posisi ini menuntut kehadiran penuh 100% di lokasi (on-site) tanpa opsi bekerja dari jarak jauh, untuk ditempatkan di pusat data (Data Center) sewaan maupun milik pelanggan, area gudang yang dioperasikan pelanggan, serta area penugasan lainnya guna memberikan dukungan keamanan secara langsung. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pelaksanaan aktivitas harian seperti site walks rutin, pendiagnosaan masalah perangkat keras keamanan untuk eskalasi cepat, serta inspeksi area krusial seperti Data Halls, ruang penyimpanan, dan loading docs menggunakan formulir yang disediakan. Anda juga bertindak sebagai penanggap pertama (first responder) dalam insiden keselamatan dan keamanan, mendokumentasikan temuan, menyusun laporan tertulis, serta mengawasi perpindahan dan penerapan rak bernilai tinggi sebagai pengawas keamanan. Peran ini juga berpartisipasi dalam program kepatuhan keselamatan kerja, audit fisik infrastruktur pusat data, penanganan insiden keamanan di lokasi, serta pengembangan proses dan prosedur standar operasional (SOP) situs.
Tanggung jawab: Work in customer’s leased or owned Data Centers, Customer operated Warehouse Spaces, and other areas as designated, providing on site Security Support; Hands-on involvement for assigned data center activities such as: conducting daily site walks, diagnosing security hardware issues and reporting findings for immediate escalation; Conduct inspections via provided forms of Critical spaces within the Data Center, including Data Halls, Storage Rooms, loading docs, and other areas as assigned; Support security & safety incidents as a first responder, documenting findings and providing written reports; Support high value/high priority rack moves and deployments, as a security over viewer; Participates in the site safety compliance program by reporting violations; Participating in physical audits for data center infrastructure; Serve as primary responder for security related incidents at site; Participate in developing site related processes & standard operating procedures (SOPs) 100% onsite support with no remote work; Qualifications; Ability to work with multiple cross functional teams such as Data Center Operations, Logistics, Safety, XOC, etc. Follow specific task instructions and provide necessary reporting; Ability to flex schedule as needed, including ability to work weekends, nights, holidays, as needed; Working knowledge or experience operating in a Data Center environment; Experience in report writing and incident response; Strong troubleshooting and communication skills to be able to analyze hardware and software problems; research and resolve complex issues; and interface with customers, manufacturers, and technical support staff; Ability to travel between assigned locations, including Data Centers, Warehouses, etc. as needed; Valid driver's license, with reliable transportation; Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time with minimum rest or breaks; Experience with Security Device functions, such as card readers, cameras, etc; Strong written and spoken communication skills; Experience with Incident Command Structure, specifically tier 1 responder; Proficient in Office Suite. - Trained or willing to be CPR certified; Previous Security and/or Safety experience desired; Knowledge of Data center Safety and Security practices; COLO experience desired.
