Sales Staff bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola hubungan dengan pelanggan dan pemasok, serta memastikan target penjualan tercapai. Peran ini berfokus pada industri kemasan plastik atau manufaktur, di mana staf diharapkan mampu membaca gambar teknis, melakukan negosiasi, dan menjaga koordinasi tim yang efektif.
Kualifikasi: Minimum D3/S1 in any relevant field; Minimum 1 year of experience in the plastic packaging industry or Manufacture Industry; Able to read and understand technical drawings; Proficient in SolidWorks; Good command of Microsoft Word and Excel; Possess a valid SIM A; Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Able to build and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers; Good teamwork and coordination skills; Able to join ASAP.
Kualifikasi
