Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi Sales Senior Staff Freight Forwarding berlokasi di Cikarang dengan sistem kerja WFO, bertugas untuk mengembangkan klien baru serta memelihara hubungan baik dengan klien yang sudah ada di industri logistik internasional. Tugas utama mencakup pemahaman terhadap kebutuhan pelanggan untuk memberikan solusi logistik yang tepat, penyusunan penawaran harga (quotation), negosiasi, serta koordinasi dengan tim internal dan mitra luar negeri guna memastikan kelancaran operasional pengiriman barang serta penanganan masalah di lapangan.
Tanggung jawab: Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients; Understand customer needs and provide suitable logistics solutions; Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and support sales activities; Coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners to ensure smooth operations; Monitor shipments and handle operational issues when needed.
Kualifikasi: Minimal Bachelor's Degree (S1); Minimum 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding sales or import/export operations; Experience in acquiring new clients and managing customer relationships; Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills; Experience in the logistics industry is preferred; Driver’s license is preferred but not required; Good time management and problem-solving skills.
