Tanggung Jawab

• Proactively sourcing and generating new potential buyers (leads) for commercial units and amenities through various channels, including digital marketing campaigns, site visits, exhibitions/events, and referral networks
• Delivering compelling, structured, and detailed presentations of commercial properties and amenities (unit specifications, facilities, location advantages, pricing, and payment schemes) to prospective clients at the sales gallery, project site, or online
• Managing price negotiations and commercial terms, as well as assisting clients with required documentation for financing options (KPR, installment schemes, or cash payments) to ensure smooth and timely deal closure
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients before and after sales transactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, trust, and repeat or referral business
• Preparing and submitting regular sales activity reports (daily/weekly), including lead pipeline updates, client progress, and sales performance, to the management team for monitoring and decision-making purposes
• Requirements:
• Min. High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Property, Automotive, Banking, or Insurance is a plus)
• Strong negotiation skills, persuasive presentation abilities, and excellent interpersonal communication
• Highly target-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and maintaining a neat and professional demeanor
• Must possess personal transportation (motorbike/car) and be willing to work on weekends/public holidays as needed
• Willing to be placed in ​Subang, West Java
