Posisi Safety Manager bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin dan mengawasi implementasi kebijakan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) di seluruh lokasi proyek. Peran ini sangat krusial dalam memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi K3 Indonesia, melakukan penilaian risiko, serta membangun budaya keselamatan melalui pelatihan dan audit rutin untuk melindungi staf dan kontraktor.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and enforce HSE policies and programs across project sites; Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits; Lead incident investigations and corrective action plans; Deliver safety training and toolbox talks for staff and subcontractors; Ensure compliance with Indonesian K3 regulations and client requirements; Maintain safety documentation and reports.
Kualifikasi: D3/S1 in Occupational Health & Safety (K3) or Engineering; 5-8 years in HSE management, preferably in construction; Certified Ahli K3 Umum or K3 Konstruksi (SKA/SKK K3); Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and risk assessment; Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Willing to work on-site and travel.
