As a Retail Assistant, you will be at the frontline of selling activities. You are responsible for performing product demonstrations and providing experiential customer service satisfaction to encourage customers to purchase at the store. You will act as an advisor to customers, building communication to identify their needs for outdoor activities and providing product recommendations. You will also explain detailed information about product features, functions, materials, technology, and treatment, and be involved in end-to-end selling activities from product arrival to customer purchase.

Kualifikasi: Candidates must possess at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.; Good communication and interpersonal skills.; Experience in the sales/marketing field (SPG/SPB) is a plus.; Customer Oriented.; Willing to work shifts and work on holidays.; Able to work in a target-driven environment.; Available to join immediately.; Preferably a domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia..
