Reliability Staff

Profile Summary Appointed as Maintenance/Reliability Staff responsible for spare parts inventory management, stock opname, PP/PO processing, maintenance documentation, and administrative support to ensure effective maintenance and reliability activities. Responsibilities

1. Equipment Inspection and Monitoring • Identify and report equipment abnormalities from system or potential failures to supervisors. • Assist in condition monitoring and predictive maintenance activities.

2.Maintenance Data Management • Record machine breakdowns, downtime, and maintenance activities. • Update maintenance records in CMMS, and also create PP, PO in JDE System

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports. • Maintain accurate equipment history and documentation. 3.Maintenance Support

• Prepare tools, materials, and documentation required for maintenance work. • Support preventive maintenance schedules and shutdown activities. • Ensure work areas (Spare Part Room) are clean, organized, and safe after maintenance
