Posisi ini bertanggung jawab dalam pengembangan dan peningkatan kemasan untuk produk baru maupun produk yang sudah ada. Anda akan melakukan evaluasi serta uji coba kemasan untuk memastikan kesesuaian, stabilitas, dan kualitas produk. Anda akan berkoordinasi dengan berbagai departemen seperti R&D, QA, Produksi, dan Regulatory untuk memastikan proses pengembangan kemasan berjalan lancar dan mematuhi regulasi yang berlaku. Selain itu, Anda akan menyiapkan dokumentasi teknis dan memberikan solusi atas masalah yang berkaitan dengan kemasan.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and improve packaging for new and existing products; Conduct packaging evaluation and trials to ensure suitability, stability, and quality; Coordinate with R&D, QA, Production, Regulatory, and suppliers; Identify and support the resolution of packaging-related issues; Ensure packaging development activities comply with applicable regulations; Prepare and maintain documentation.
Kualifikasi: Professional Pharmacist Degree (Profesi Apoteker); Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of experience in R&D or packaging development is an advantage; Experience in pharmaceutical, traditional medicine, cosmetics, or quasi-drug industries is preferred; Basic understanding of CPOB, CPOTB, CPKB, Halal requirements, and product development processes; Experience with topical products or packaging development is an advantage; Good analytical and problem-solving skills; Innovative, detail-oriented, and results-oriented.
