Tanggung jawab: Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for MEP works.; Evaluate subcontractor quotations and ensure alignment with project budgets.; Monitor project costs, variations, and claims related to MEP packages.; Coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural QS teams to integrate MEP costs into overall project budgets.; Provide regular cost reports and advise on commercial risks/opportunities.; Ensure compliance with contracts, company policies, and industry standards..
