Tanggung jawab: Assist in the development and maintenance of quality management systems and procedures; Conducting internal audits and inspections; Coordinate training programs for employees on quality standards and best practices; Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to quality management; Manage and track corrective and preventive actions in response to quality issues; Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements; Analyze quality performance data and prepare reports for management review.
