Quality Internal Audit Staff memegang peran penting dalam mengelola dan melaksanakan audit mutu internal guna memastikan operasional perusahaan berjalan sesuai dengan standar Sistem Manajemen Mutu yang telah ditetapkan. Posisi ini berfokus pada pemeliharaan kepatuhan dan perbaikan sistem secara berkelanjutan. Tanggung jawab harian meliputi penyusunan jadwal audit internal tahunan untuk seluruh departemen, menyediakan lembar pemeriksaan audit (check sheet), serta melakukan audit internal guna mencocokkan kondisi aktual dengan standar mutu. Anda juga bertugas memproses dan mendampingi audit eksternal, mengelola temuan audit melalui Non Compliance Note (NCN), memverifikasi perbaikan, serta berpartisipasi dalam pengembangan sistem manajemen mutu berbasis ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, SMK3, dan ISCC plus.
Tanggung jawab: 1. Making, prepare and inform one year of Internal Quality Audit (IQA) schedules, for all departments to meet Quality Management System requirements; 2. Manage and provide an Internal Quality Audit (IQA) check sheet to internal auditors so that the audit process runs effectively and objectively; 3. Conduct an Internal Quality Audit (IQA) company to adjust the actual conditions with the existing Quality Management System; 4. Process, inform and accompany external audits in order to ensure the company's systems are up to standard; 5. Collect and confirm findings during the audit, make Non Compliance Note (NCN) and submit to the Auditee, make Status Log follow-up finding, and inform the Update of Log Finding status to the relevant department via email to ensure the status of th; 6. Verify and monitor the Non Compliance Note (NCN) form, to maintain the consistency of improvements made to meet the Quality Management standards; 7. Developing of system in order to fulfill standards of Quality Management system (ISO 9001); 8. Understand the concepts of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and SMK 3 in general; 9. Understand the concepts of ISCC plus in general.
Kualifikasi: 1. Industrial/Mechanical Engineering Graduate (D3/S1); 2. Minimum 1 year experience or Fresh graduates from reputable university; 3. Good english communication both writing and speaking; 4. Able to work under pressure; 5. Willing to work in subang.
