Posisi Quality Control Field Collection bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memastikan efektivitas serta kelancaran operasional penagihan di lapangan melalui pengukuran proses yang spesifik dan pengelolaan sistem manajemen kinerja yang handal. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan analitis yang kuat untuk merencanakan, mengumpulkan, memantau, serta mengevaluasi data dan kinerja secara berkala guna mendukung kerangka kerja manajemen proses di perusahaan jasa keuangan.
Tanggung jawab: Identify process measurements especilaly for collection; Create performance management system; Plan and collect data; Monitor performance; Develop dashboards; Manage to review and analysis; Support process management framework and methodology; Communicate necessary changes to processes and policies within the company; Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor degree (Any field); Have experience work in financial service company will be a good addition; Willing to be placed in PURWAKARTA.
