We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control (QC) Staff to join the team at PT Panasonic Gobel Energy Indonesia (PECGI). This full-time position is based in Bekasi, West Java, and will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our manufacturing processes and products through thorough inspections, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Tanggung jawab: Perform in-process, and final product inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.; Analyze quality data using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, dashboards, and advanced formulas) and Power BI to generate reports and support decision-making.; Prepare and present quality performance reports, KPIs, defect trends, and improvement activities to management and relevant stakeholders.; Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues and improve manufacturing processes.; Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, including compliance with ISO 9001 requirements..
