Kualifikasi

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a QC Inspector in the Valve manufacturing industry
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Proficient in using dimensional measuring instruments
• Familiar with quality control and inspection processes
• Familiar with calibration requirements and calibration status verification of measuring instruments
• Knowledge of API, ASME, ASTM, ISO, or other related standards is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team

Tanggung Jawab

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of valve products and components
• Conduct dimensional inspections using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools
• Perform visual inspections and ensure products comply with drawings, specifications, procedures, and customer requirements
• Monitor and ensure measuring and testing equipment are properly calibrated and within valid calibration status prior to use
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, records, and quality documentation
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions with related departments
• Verify compliance with applicable quality standards and inspection procedures
• Support quality improvement initiatives and continuous improvement activities
