Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of valve products and components
Tanggung jawab: Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of valve products and components; Conduct dimensional inspections using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools; Perform visual inspections and ensure products comply with drawings, specifications, procedures, and customer requirements; Monitor and ensure measuring and testing equipment are properly calibrated and within valid calibration status prior to use; Prepare and maintain inspection reports, records, and quality documentation; Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions with related departments; Verify compliance with applicable quality standards and inspection procedures; Support quality improvement initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 2 years of experience as a QC Inspector in the Valve manufacturing industry; Able to read and interpret engineering drawings; Proficient in using dimensional measuring instruments; Familiar with quality control and inspection processes; Familiar with calibration requirements and calibration status verification of measuring instruments; Knowledge of API, ASME, ASTM, ISO, or other related standards is an advantage; Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
