Tanggung jawab: Create an annual calibration schedule for instruments measuring in compliance with ISO and HACCP regulations; Perform calibration of instruments measuring for weight, temperature, dimensions, and pressure according to the established schedule; Conduct monthly traceability tests; Ensure that products are certified in accordance with applicable regulations; Ensure pest control systems are installed in all designated areas and are properly monitored; Conduct monthly internal GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) audits; Participate in identifying process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement.
