Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field) Minimum 3 years of QC/QA experience in manufacturing. Knowledge of ISO 9001 (QMS) and ISO 14001 (EMS). Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality analysis tools.
Tanggung jawab: Control process parameters and product quality; Lead quality abnormality investigation and corrective actions; Drive process optimization and quality control improvements; Handle customer complaints, including technical analysis and cross-functional investigation; Review customer requirements and quality specifications; Develop and maintain quality standards, SOPs, and inspection procedures; Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and customer requirements.
