At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Mandarin Language or equivalent. Able to speak Mandarin is a plus, and being able to write and speak English is a must. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and document defects accurately Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BPOM, Halal, FSSC 22000 and consistent with SOP is an added value. Good communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members. Willing to work on a shift schedule. Placement at GIIC Industrial Area, Cikarang.
Tanggung jawab: Inspecting the quality of raw materials and other additives used in the production process; Measuring quality parameters such as integrity, freshness, and cleanliness of raw materials; Ensuring that raw materials meet the established quality standards; Monitoring the ice cream production process, including mixing, pasteurization, cooling, freezing, and packaging; Conducting quality inspections at various stages of production to ensure processes follow guidelines and quality standard; Inspecting finished ice cream products, including testing for taste, texture, aroma, and net mass; Recording quality inspection results, findings, and necessary corrective actions; Producing periodic reports on product quality status for management and relevant departments; Maintaining inspection records for audit and traceability purposes.
