Basic Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing production, with proven managerial experience Strong understanding of production processes, problem-solving, and continuous improvement Experience in chemical, FMCG, or process manufacturing industry is preferred Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills Able to work in a dynamic, target-driven plant environment Main Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to achieve production targets (quality, cost, and delivery) Lead, manage, and develop the production team to ensure efficient and effective operations Monitor and control production processes, quality standards, and cycle times Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to minimize disruptions Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes Manage production planning, performance evaluation, and budget control Ensure strict compliance with safety (HSE) standards and company policies
