The Production Leader is responsible for overseeing production processes, managing costs, and analyzing data to identify root causes of production issues. You will focus on continuous improvement and productivity analysis to ensure the manufacturing facility operates at peak efficiency.
Kualifikasi: Minimum D4/S1 in Industrial Engineering or relevant field; Understand production processes, labor allocation, and cost management; Ability to analyze data to find root causes; Mastery of work measurement techniques (Time/Motion Study & Productivity Analysis); Analytical thinking for continuous improvement; Proficient in Ms. Excel/reporting tools.
