Perusahaan manufaktur terkemuka membuka kesempatan bagi individu yang dinamis dan berorientasi pada pencapaian target operasional untuk bergabung sebagai Production Foreman. Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab memimpin dan mengontrol seluruh proses produksi agar target tercapai sesuai dengan standar kualitas, keselamatan kerja, SOP/Batch Record, CPOTB, serta ISO. Anda akan mengawasi operasional harian di lantai produksi, memastikan kepatuhan prosedur kerja, dan bekerja dalam sistem kerja shift sesuai jadwal perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and control the production process to ensure production targets are achieved in accordance with quality, safety, SOP/Batch Record (BR), CPOTB, and ISO standards; Qualification; Diploma’s degree (D3) in Chemical Engineering / Pharmacy / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Other Engineering majors; Minimum GPA of 2.75 from an accredited study program; At least 1 year of relevant experience; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Available to work shift and 6 days a week.
