Tanggung Jawab

• Coordinate with the Project Installation team on process requirements and technical specifications for new equipment
• Execute systematic machine startup and commissioning until equipment is ready for mass production
• Develop SOPs and work instructions for new machines and provide training to the production team
• Propose new machine resource constants and prepare formal handover reports upon successful commissioning
• Collaborate with R&D to assess laboratory-scale product profiles as a basis for industrial-scale development
• Develop effective upscaling scenarios and coordinate with R&D, QC, Production, and Engineering teams
• Propose BOM structures and master recipes for new products to ensure accurate material and resource utilization
• Conduct small-scale production trials in pilot reactors and oversee the upscaling process to achieve consistent quality
• Analyze and drive continuous improvements in production processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Optimize existing products to maintain product quality and market competitiveness
• Lead weekly meetings to monitor team performance and ensure improvement progress meets targets
• Prepare comprehensive reports on business process improvements and product optimization for management review
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology / Chemical Engineering
• 1 year of experience expertise in manufacturing industrialization, machine commissioning, Lean/Six Sigma, ISO and HSE standards, and product development (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong analytical and continuous improvement skills
• Willing to be employed under a fixed term contract (PKWT) through an outsroucing provider
• Placed in Cileungsi Plant, West Java
