This position is for an International School located in Karawang, West Java. The school is committed to educational excellence and requires a leader who can manage academic operations and foster a collaborative environment among teachers, parents, and management. The Primary School Coordinator is responsible for leading teaching staff and managing school operations. The role involves academic program development, instructional supervision, and the professional development of teachers. The coordinator must ensure that the school maintains high standards of education and effective communication across all stakeholders.
Kualifikasi: Maximum age of 45 years; Demonstrates integrity, strong leadership, effective communication skills, and a commitment to educational excellence; Able to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and school management; Proficient in both spoken and written English; Possesses an English proficiency certificate with a minimum TOEFL score of 600 or an equivalent qualification (IELTS, TOEIC, or other recognized English proficiency tests); Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Master's Degree (S2) in Elementary School Teacher Education, Educational Management, Educational Leadership, Educational Psychology, or other relevant fields; Proven experience in leading teaching staff and managing school operations; Experienced in academic program development, instructional supervision, and teacher professional development; Experience in a national-plus or international school environment is an advantage.
